Old Fort Harley-Davidson works with local communities to help enhance the quality of life for all our neighbors. We are often asked for donations and event participation and it is our desire to fulfill as many requests as we can. To achieve this we need to obtain information to better assess our involvement and prioritize our resources.
Old Fort Harley-Davidson will respond to your contribution request. We will only honor requests that have been completed a minimum of three weeks prior to the event. Thank you very much for providing us with the opportunity to give towards your cause!
Process to have your request considered:
A. Complete the Solicitation Request Form.
B. Provide any added information. Many solicitors provide: 1. A detailed statement about the event and/or organization. 2. Information about the organization’s past accomplishments. 3. A flyer for the event.
C. Make sure the Solicitation Request form is completed and legible.
D. Deliver it to Old Fort Harley-Davidson in one of three ways:
1.Bring it by the Dealership. 2. Mail to:
